What's more important is the success of the purpose for going to India i.e Jaza's health, may allah grant your wishes in this regard.
16th Nov seems a bit early to go for Hajj, is eid not like the 10th of December this year, so mamo and mami will be in Makkah and Madinah for a whole month. I guess it might change since they need to go to India.
